These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and d63jl Casino ("d63jl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at d63jl.app. These Terms govern your use of all services, features, games, and functionalities available on the d63jl platform.

Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active d63jl account. Duplicate or multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — are prohibited. d63jl employs fraud detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account, and all accounts linked to it, will be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

To register a d63jl account, you must provide: (a) a valid Philippine mobile number; (b) a unique password meeting our security requirements; and (c) your date of birth for age verification purposes. You represent that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using d63jl: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from d63jl; (c) employees of d63jl, its affiliates, game providers, and their immediate family members; (d) persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

d63jl is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and responsible gaming frameworks. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during your account's lifecycle at d63jl's sole discretion.

To complete KYC, players must submit a clear photograph or scan of one of the following valid, government-issued Philippine identity documents: UMID Card, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID. The document must show your full name, date of birth, and photograph clearly. Expired documents are not accepted.

In addition to a primary ID, d63jl may require: (a) a selfie photograph of the player holding their ID; (b) proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days); and (c) verification of payment methods used (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet showing the account name and number). d63jl may also request source of funds documentation for high-volume transactions.

d63jl will use reasonable efforts to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC approval. d63jl accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or unclear documentation submitted by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d63jl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password not used for any other online account; (b) not share your credentials with any third party; (c) log out after each session on shared or public devices; and (d) notify d63jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

d63jl will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team. d63jl accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

d63jl supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings. Where 2FA is enabled, a one-time PIN sent to the player's registered Philippine mobile number will be required at each login.

d63jl supports the following payment methods for Philippine players:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the player is not the primary holder, or unverified payment sources will not be credited and will be returned where technically feasible. d63jl is not responsible for deposits lost due to incorrect payment details entered by the player.

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) a minimum withdrawal amount as specified in the table above; and (d) confirmation that the withdrawal is to a payment account registered in the player's verified name. d63jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000.

All transactions on d63jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). d63jl does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

d63jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the maximum bet per round or per spin is limited to ₱500. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. • Bonus Abuse: d63jl reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where, in its reasonable judgment, a player has exploited or attempted to exploit a bonus offer through irregular play patterns, low-risk betting strategies during wagering, or any other conduct designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Eligibility: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players must opt in to applicable promotions within the eligibility window. d63jl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

All games on the d63jl platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers. The rules, payout rates (RTP), and random number generation (RNG) mechanisms applicable to each game are governed by the respective provider's published specifications. Game-specific rules are accessible via the "Game Info" or "Rules" panel within each game.

All RNG-based games on d63jl are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and statistical integrity. Live dealer games operate using certified live streaming technology and physical card dealing equipment. d63jl does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the outcome or display of a game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. d63jl accepts no liability for losses arising from system failures or technical errors that are outside its reasonable control. Winnings obtained as a result of an obvious software error or malfunction will be voided and are not payable.

Disputes relating to game results must be submitted to d63jl customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed game round. d63jl will review the server-side game logs to determine the actual outcome. The decision of d63jl's technical review team, based on the server-side logs, shall be final and binding.

The following are strictly prohibited on the d63jl platform:

• Fraud & Identity Theft: Using false identity documents, impersonating another person, or providing false information at any stage of registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using d63jl accounts to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. d63jl complies with Philippine AML laws and will report suspicious transactions to the AMLC.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to engage in genuine recreational gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other competitive format.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated betting software, script, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to place bets or interact with d63jl games.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, misconfigured odds, or technical malfunction for financial gain.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

All content on the d63jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and page layout — is the property of d63jl or its content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the d63jl platform for your personal, recreational use only.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or information obtained from d63jl without prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content from d63jl is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, d63jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the d63jl platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

d63jl shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (d) losses caused by third-party payment processor delays or failures; or (e) any loss resulting from events outside d63jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, power failures, natural disasters, or changes in applicable law.

The d63jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. d63jl makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the platform.

d63jl collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a d63jl account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.

d63jl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. d63jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or a notification on the d63jl platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the d63jl platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

You may close your d63jl account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any balance remaining in your account will be paid out to your verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements are satisfied and no withdrawal restrictions are in place.

d63jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so under applicable law or a regulatory directive; (c) the account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) months (dormant account policy applies); or (d) the player's continued use of the platform poses a responsible gaming risk that d63jl deems appropriate to address through account restriction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through d63jl's internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted to d63jl's customer support team and will receive an initial response within three (3) business days and a final written decision within fourteen (14) business days of all relevant information being received.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through d63jl's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit d63jl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
